Pauline Bouaziz
Attorney - Associate
Drawing on her experience at international law firms and in the legal department of a medical device company, Pauline has developed cross-functional expertise in the life sciences sector. She advises companies in the sector at every stage of their products’ lifecycle (drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, novel foods) both in France and internationally.
His expertise covers both the structuring and negotiation of strategic contracts (R&D, licensing, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing, distribution, etc.) as well as regulatory issues related to market access (pricing and reimbursement, early access or compassionate use programs), advertising and communications, and compliance (the “benefit management” framework, relationships with healthcare professionals and patients, etc.).
